As Founder, Owner, and President of Thrive Workplace Benefits, I am passionate about helping business owners build benefit programs that support both their people and their business. My approach combines experience, transparency, and genuine partnership to balance quality, cost, and long-term strategy while making complex decisions easier to navigate.

Originally from New England, I now enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle in coastal Orange County. I am proud to serve on two boards dedicated to the well-being of children and families, and at home, an assortment of rescue animals keeps life busy and entertaining.

I was born in Scotland. My family immigrated to the United States when I was an infant, and since then my home has always been in California.

I have two successful grown sons, who bring me so much joy!

I enjoy the outdoors, especially areas with mountains and lakes. Along walks with my very furry Siberian Husky, Blu.
